Chris Catlow has worked at prestigious wineries both within Australia and France including Kooyong Estate, Sorrenberg and Benjamin Leroux. He has now settled in Beechworth and started Sentio to show his passion for Chardonnay and its ability to show a unique place better than any other variety in the world.

His first harvest for Sentiƍ was 2014, in which he made 3 different regional Chardonnays (Beechworth, Yarra Valley and Macedon) alongside Shiraz and Pinot from Beechworth.
